Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By signing up you confirm that you are.

If you use winki.bio for a business or an agency, you confirm you're allowed to accept these terms for it, and that every creator whose page you manage has agreed to you doing so.

Keep your login details private. You're responsible for everything done with your account. Tell us at support@winki.bio if you think someone else has accessed it.

Usernames are first come, first served. We may reclaim a username that impersonates someone or breaks these terms.

You own what you add to your page: your name, photos, text and links. You give us permission to store, display and deliver it so your page works, for as long as it's on winki.bio.

You're responsible for your page and everything it links to. Your page must follow the content rules. In short: no nudity or sexual images on the page itself, nothing involving anyone under 18, no scams, no impersonation and no spam. You may link to platforms that are for adults; if you do, turn on the 18+ notice.

Anyone can report a page. We may hide, take down or remove any page or account that breaks these terms or the content rules, or that puts visitors or winki.bio at risk, with or without notice. Content involving minors is removed and reported to the authorities, and the account is closed.

• The free plan is free. Paid plans add more pages and features, as shown on the pricing page.
• Paid plans are prepaid for 30 days at a time, in cryptocurrency, through our payment provider NOWPayments. Nothing renews or charges automatically.
• Moving to a bigger plan costs the difference for the days left in your current period. Moving down takes effect when your current period ends.
• Prices may change. A change never affects a period you've already paid for.
• Because payments are in cryptocurrency, they can't be reversed, and paid periods aren't refundable, except where the law requires it.
• If a plan ends, your pages stay, but you can't add more than the free plan allows.
• Invites: when someone who signed up through your invite link, or through “Made with winki.bio” on your page, buys a plan for the first time, you get 30 free days. They're added to your current paid plan, or you get Plus if you're on Free. Rewards have no cash value, and we may withhold them for fake, duplicate or self-made accounts.

On paid plans you can connect a domain you own. You're responsible for the domain and its DNS settings. If your plan ends, the domain stops showing your page.

• Break the law, or help anyone else break it, through winki.bio.
• Try to access other people's accounts or data, or our systems, without permission.
• Send automated or fake traffic to pages, or fake views and clicks.
• Use winki.bio to send spam, malware or phishing.
• Copy, resell or rebuild winki.bio itself.

You can stop using winki.bio at any time, and delete your account and pages yourself under Account in your dashboard. Deleting is permanent, and any paid time left is lost. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

We work to keep winki.bio fast and available, but we provide it “as is” and can't promise it will always be uninterrupted or free of errors. We don't control the sites your page links to, or how social apps treat links to them.

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses, such as lost income or followers, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that the law doesn't allow us to limit.

We may update these terms. For important changes we'll give notice on the site or by email before they apply. If you keep using winki.bio after that, the new terms apply.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes go to the courts of England and Wales, unless the law of the country you live in gives you the right to bring them there instead.
